the scene has not been genuine for a long time, its a hivemind of equally garbage people rotting themselves from the inside out w drugs, alcohol, and meaningless sex. It became more about looking like u know how to do music than doing music and became super performative. Best thing u can do for the scene is leave it at this point. At least before u get an allegation or fuck up ur life by getting stuck mentally.
